房間挺大的，還有陽台，地暖太熱入住前服務員貼心的把陽台窗户開了一點，衞生也不錯，也挺貼心的幫忙拿行李，雪板是提前寄過來的，也安排送到房間裏，離雪場非常近，五分鐘都不要就能走到雪場，床頭一邊就有兩個插座就很方便！每天還有贈送一份水果，超預期！如果是寵物友好就更好了

早餐蔬菜比較新鮮，但麪包機，一定要記得刷房卡，不然他們餐廳經理就會像班主任抽查一樣幽幽地飄到你旁邊冷不丁問你哪個房的，好像誰來偷吃他們早餐一樣。
大體上酒店的服務還是不錯的，但是房間的衞生細節不到位，陽台有煙頭，桑拿房有不知名紙杯。
酒店沒有晚餐，周邊餐廳和外賣都不多。
